在运动比赛中经常看到有运动员由于长时间奔跑或者剧烈运动,大量电解质流失导致肌肉痉挛的现象。这一现象在日常运动中也是经常发生。在运动中一旦发生肌肉痉挛请不要慌张,应遵循一定的方法进行处理。 </p> <p>       当发生痉挛时,只要朝其作用力相反的方向扳脚趾并坚持1~2分钟以上即可收效。具体来说,如果是小腿后面的肌肉痉挛,可一方面扳脚使脚板翘起,一方面尽量伸直膝关节;当小腿前面的肌肉痉挛时,可压住脚板并用力扳屈脚趾。另外,一旦发生小腿痉挛,也可以马上用手抓住痉挛一侧的大脚拇趾,再慢慢伸直脚,然后用力伸腿,小腿肌肉就不痉挛了;或用双手使劲按摩小腿肚子,也能见效。 </p> <p>       在运动中另一个常见的问题是肌肉拉伤的问题。肌肉拉伤主要为急性间接暴力所致,与肌肉主动收缩的强大应力和外力的对抗有关。 </p> <p>       肌肉拉伤后要立即停止运动,并进行冷敷。冷敷在应急处置过程中是效果最为明显的。因为冷敷既可以减轻疼痛和痉挛,减少酶的活性因子,同时又可以减少机体组织坏疽的产生,在受伤后4-6小时内所产生的肿胀也会得到一定程度的控制。冷敷还可以使血液的黏度增加,毛细血管的侵透性变少,减少限制流向患部的血流量。必要时还可进行加压包扎。 </p> </div> <div class="single-tags"> <a        在运动比赛中经常看到有运动员由于长时间奔跑或者剧烈运动,大量电解质流失导致肌肉痉挛的现象。这一现象在日常运动中也是经常发生。在运动中一旦发生肌肉痉挛请不要慌张,应遵循一定的方法进行处理。

      当发生痉挛时,只要朝其作用力相反的方向扳脚趾并坚持1~2分钟以上即可收效。具体来说,如果是小腿后面的肌肉痉挛,可一方面扳脚使脚板翘起,一方面尽量伸直膝关节;当小腿前面的肌肉痉挛时,可压住脚板并用力扳屈脚趾。另外,一旦发生小腿痉挛,也可以马上用手抓住痉挛一侧的大脚拇趾,再慢慢伸直脚,然后用力伸腿,小腿肌肉就不痉挛了;或用双手使劲按摩小腿肚子,也能见效。

      在运动中另一个常见的问题是肌肉拉伤的问题。肌肉拉伤主要为急性间接暴力所致,与肌肉主动收缩的强大应力和外力的对抗有关。

      肌肉拉伤后要立即停止运动,并进行冷敷。冷敷在应急处置过程中是效果最为明显的。因为冷敷既可以减轻疼痛和痉挛,减少酶的活性因子,同时又可以减少机体组织坏疽的产生,在受伤后4-6小时内所产生的肿胀也会得到一定程度的控制。冷敷还可以使血液的黏度增加,毛细血管的侵透性变少,减少限制流向患部的血流量。必要时还可进行加压包扎。
