5 到 8 个呼吸。</p><h2>2.单腿背面伸展(大腿后侧)</h2><p>坐立在瑜伽垫上,解开双腿向前登出,屈左膝,将左脚放在右大腿根部,吸气延展脊柱,呼气时将上半身向前向下,双手握住右脚掌,保持 3 到 5 对于一些瑜伽练习者,我们经常会遇到有些前屈会下不去,大腿后侧太紧的伽人,那只是做一些大腿后侧的拉伸就可以吗还是要都要拉伸一下会比较好呢?

普拉提 Pilates

只拉伸大腿后侧也没有错,毕竟只有那里紧,这样的拉伸效果过不了多久就又被反弹回去了。你如果真的很想提高双腿的柔韧性,长时间只做双腿后侧的练习,并不能获得很好的效果,当然要结合全面的拉伸练习,最后的效果才会更好。

为什么要建议你做全面拉伸双腿的练习呢?在瑜伽这一行业。大家都知道练习瑜伽我们追求的是平衡,不管是身体还是心理,你都要找到一个平衡点。对于双腿也是一样的道理,它也是需要被看成平衡整体来看待,如你只想改变某一侧的柔软性,想取的良好的结果,就要结合全面的拉伸来练习双腿的平衡张力。

如果你练习瑜伽必定对解刨有所了解,双腿的紧张程度会直接影响到髋部,如果你只想做一侧的拉伸练习,那必定也会影响髋部失去平衡。练习瑜伽你必须要做到双腿平衡的练习,才能真正有效的解决髋膝的的一些问题,才能真正达到塑型美腿的作用。

人体的经络几乎要经过双腿,为了达到人体经络的平衡,你也需要做到双腿的拉伸练习。最后还是建议你做全面拉伸双腿的练习,而不是专门针对单一的一侧的练习。

下面是关于拉伸双腿的练习:

1.束角式(拉伸大腿内侧)

坐立在瑜伽垫上,屈双膝让你的双脚并拢,脚掌心相对,双膝尽量向下贴近瑜伽垫,吸气时脊柱自然的向上延展,呼气时放松双肩,双手握住前脚掌,调整呼吸,呼气让时你的上半身向前向下,将手臂屈肘抵住双腿,保持 5 到 8 个呼吸。

2.单腿背面伸展(大腿后侧)

坐立在瑜伽垫上,解开双腿向前登出,屈左膝,将左脚放在右大腿根部,吸气延展脊柱,呼气时将上半身向前向下,双手握住右脚掌,保持 3 到 5 个呼吸,换另一侧。

3.骑马式(大腿前侧)

山式站立,将左腿向前一步,屈膝成九十度,右腿屈膝落于地垫,脚背压实地面,左腿垂直于地垫,吸气时向上延展脊柱,呼气时把双手放在坐大腿上,保持 3 到 4 个呼吸,换做另一侧。
